Nominasoft products come with a standard 12 month full technical support agreement. Custom Technology is handled by seperate agreement, with extra options available to technology originators.
Custom Modifications are non-refundable and must be performed by formal purchase order.
Even if you do not have a support contract, you may email us at tech.support@nominasoft.com and will get a response within 1 or 2 business days (or sooner). Be sure to put the word NOMINA in the subject line.
If you are currently in a paid support contract or are still within the 12 month technical support period, you can obtain free technical support on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, and from 10 AM until 3:30 PM on Friday by calling us at 509.326.7555 or by fax.
Registering a COTS product
Our commercial off the shelf products are easy to register (or re-register) and
you need only to fill out a brief form online to receive your key.

You can register or re-register your software automatically online, or you may telephone us to do so. Your registration key will be sent to an organization email address only.
